RETURN POLICY

When you buy any RV blinds or shades from RVBlinds.com, you can feel confident because your purchase is backed by our 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. In addition to free samples and free shipping with every purchase, we have a return policy in place, offering full refunds and exchanges.

RV Blinds return policy has been simplified to make your return, refund & exchange (whichever applicable) fast & easy. If you’re not satisfied with the product you purchased, we’ll be glad to help you fix it.

Our RV blinds and shades are custom made to your exact specifications, regarding size, material, and color. Please take into consideration the following before you finalize your order:

  • We start producing the order the morning after you place it. A product with the Made in 1 Day Guarantee must be canceled before 7am Pacific Standard Time (PST) from the day of purchase to qualify for a full refund. For all other products you may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Because each order is customized, after 24 hours from the time the order is submitted, we cannot refund any money or issue any credits for a purchase under any circumstance.

How to Qualify for a Return

To qualify for a return, the items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in the original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where we grant only partial refunds (if applicable):
* Any item that’s not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that’s returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Get Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it’ll be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at support@rvblinds.com.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. To exchange your item for the same product, please email us at support@rvblinds.com 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver and they’ll be notified of your return.
